Before we can make that happen, I need some information from you to create the tattoo of your dreams.
If for any reason you are having troubles with the booking form, feel free to email me at jennadenetattoo@gmail.com with the information in this form and we can go from there.
After you have completed the booking form, allow a few days for a response from jennadenetattoo@gmail.com with the title “RE: Tattoo Request”
If you are unsure about any of the questions, answer them to the best of your ability and we can always discuss further when booking.
